What is a Content Broker?

What is a Content Broker? A content broker finds writers, artists, videographers, and editors that generate content specific to your needs. If you’re a small business you could probably find one on your own but you may not be able to give them enough work for them to make a living. Or, they could move on into a different career or a new position with better compensation. Regardless, procuring and vetting content providers can be a full-time job in and of itself. And the more time you spend looking for someone to generate quality content, in a timely fashion, optimized for Search, and within your budget, the less time you spend doing what you actually do for a living. I’ve been full-time in the digital space as a creator, agency, and manager since 2009 and even as an agency it is a pain in the  . . .

That’s why my agency, VOX, researched and partnered with Textbroker. Textbroker allows me to deliver custom, expert and optimized content for my clients on time and within budget across multiple verticals. The results have been stellar with clients generating over $700 million in funding and sales in just the last few years. A content broker allows agencies and brands to move quickly and with authority to publish quality content. What is a content broker? An outsourced solution to manage the critical link in the content chain. Personnel management is already a “time-suck” for managers who’s job transcends or worse doesn’t include HR responsibilities.

To build my agency, I researched and surrounded myself with the leaders in each discipline. For domains it’s GoDaddy. For websites it’s WordPress. And for content it’s Textbroker. As an Agency owner my time is valuable too. And I bill based on performance. Textbroker has been awesome for me because each client has their own program manager. For each content need, they have one point of content. Textbroker can scale up or down as needed which allows huge flexibility for both brands and agencies.

This is a shameless plug for Textbroker because they’re that good and, full transparency, they hired me. If your brand or agency prioritizes content to connect with prospects, clients, and investors then a content broker is worth looking into. Here’s a link for a free consult. Or you can contact me directly. Either way, if content is important you should invest in a proven solution. Textbroker is that solution.
