Sally Miller is an award winning fashion designer and retailer for tweens and teens, who gained notoriety when she partnered with Lifetime Television’s Dance Moms, a popular TV network reality TV show. She owned and operated a succesful brick and mortar location in New York City and had multiple merchandising deals with many of the largest retailers in the United States and abroad.
Sally Miller’s brick-and-mortar store and merchandising deals with major retailers were in good shape, but the e-commerce platform built out on Big Commerce was stumbling. VOX Digital Asset Review of the e-commerce platform revealed that it suffered from outdated design, non-mobile technology, lack of data, and overall poor performance. In the last seven months before VOX, the program had lackluster sales, an 80%* abandoned cart ratio, and six figures in lost revenue. The challenge was to move the site onto a better and mobile-friendly platform to eliminate roadblocks, decrease abandoned carts, and increase margins.
Increased sales by 59%
